To activate your new Bell Mobility cell phone, simply visit your local Bell store (Bell World or Espace Bell), where a representative will program your new phone and add its serial number to your existing Bell Mobility account. Note that many locations typically charge $15 for this service.

While many phones are ready for use within 3 hours, it may take up to 24 hours for your new phone to be activated.
