Like-New Cellular Phones
- 47 Days for
parts and 47 Days for labor
If your phone malfunctions
within 47 Days of purchase you are entitled to
have your phone repaired or replaced under the
Cellarama.com Limited Warranty. The Customer is
not responisble for any costs associated with
the repair (including parts or labor). The Customer
is responsible for the cost of shipping the unit
to Cellarama.com, Cellarama.com is responsible
for the cost of shipping the unit back to the
Customer after the repair is completed.
Events that will void the
Cellarama.com warranty include:
- Water damage of any kind.
- Visable abuse including
dents to casing, broken antennas...
- The removal of screws and
openning of your phone for any reason.

Satisfaction Return Policy" |
| Equipment
that are purchased directly from Cellarama.com may be
returned by Customer in accordance with Cellarama.com
"Total Satisfaction Return Policy." The Total
Satisfaction Return Policy provides that Customer may
return any product purchased from Cellarama.com for
a refund or credit within 7 days of the date of delivery.
Refunds or credits will not include any shipping charges
or processing fees and customer shall be responsible
for a 15% restocking fee for each product returned.
The customer shall also be responsible for the cost
of return shipping. Customer must obtain an RMA # prior
to returning any package to the returns department.
Any package shipped without an RMA# will be refused.
The equipment must be returned in its original state
(as it was received), in the original box with all manuals,
accessories, and registrations. Equipment must be shipped
securely packaged in appropriate shipping boxes or mailers.
Equipment returned within 7 days, but are missing parts
will be charged the published pricing for any missing
accessory's. All equipment returned will be charged
a 15% restocking fee, and be charged for any missing
parts. Items that are improperly packaged and/or damaged
during return shipment are the responsibility of the
customer. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS RETURNED
AFTER 15 DAYS.
In order to claim a refund
or credit under the Total Satisfaction Return Policy,
Customer must return product within the allowed time
with a Return of Merchandise Authorization ("RMA")
form. Further, in order to claim a refund or credit
under the Total Satisfaction Return Policy, Customer
must return any product in its original packaging,
with all books, accessories and registrations.
Customer shall not be entitled
to a full refund or credit under the Total Satisfaction
Return Policy for any product which is not returned
within 7 days, with a Cellarama issued RMA #, in the
same condition in which it was received, with all
accessories and materials, and in its original packaging.
Customer shall not be entitled to a refund or credit
if their product has signs of water damage, visable
physical damage, or has been openned or tampered with.

The Cellarama No-Fault Replacement
Program offers clients who opt-in at the time of purchase
the option to buy a replacement phone (the same model
or an updated equivalent) if their original unit fails
to work or malfunctions outside of the Cellarama limited
warranty up to 1-year after the original purchase
date for just $47 (plus taxes and shipping).
We know. Life happens! Cell phones
are dropped, washed, and ran-over by vehicles on a
daily basis. You would not believe how many dogs chew
up phones, or how many phones mysteriously stop working
after lending it to kids or friends.
These
types of incidents would automatically void any manufacturer
warranty. In fact, these types of events also void
our own Cellarama.com Limited Warranty. However,
with the No-Fault Replacement Phone Program, if your
phone stops working for any reason (including your
own) you are covered from spending a lot of money
for a replacement.
No-Fault Replacement Phone Program
is not available with all handsets at this time.
Single requirement: Broken original
unit must be returned to Cellarama
